Ready to see your itinerary come to life? Complete our client forms at which time we will process your planning design fee to start the proposal phase.

Why should I work with a travel advisor?
Feeling lost planning your travels? We can help! At Elysian Escapes, we consider your preferences, provide vetted recommendations and take care of everything from A to Z, saving you time, stress and your sanity.
What does the planning fee cover?
Our fee covers destination selection (sample itineraries, maps, web links, destination info, etc), itinerary creation, revisions, and final itinerary confirmations. Fees vary based on request to protect our time and the value we offer.
What type of trips can you plan?
This can vary from anything to a hotel only booking so you can enjoy added perks, to a more complex multi-country bucket list adventure as well as anything in between.
Can you book just part of my trip?
We do need to manage the majority of the land arrangements in order to ensure everyone is on the same page and a more seamless process if things need to be altered during travel.
When should we start planning my trip?
6-9 months’ notice is preferred to gain access to the best availability and pricing. For bucket-list experiences 9-12 months lead-time is ideal as these destinations book up quickly.
Do I need travel insurance?
We always recommend travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind before and during travel.
